Naji Moumou started his career as a freelance web developer, working from day one with clients abroad. He found his focus early, not in code for its own sake, but in code applied to growth. The bet was on something measurable and high-value: generating qualified leads for businesses through search engines and social media.

The work spoke for itself, and demand grew. To deliver more complete solutions, a senior team came together around the practice: people who could shape strategy, write, design, ship, and run operations as one unit. The portfolio widened with the team, from lead generation and websites to full ERP systems and operational platforms. The collective worked with clients across Europe, the Gulf, and North Africa, proving the model could compete on any market it set foot on.
As the work scaled and inbound interest grew, from European clients, from Gulf clients, and from a fast-rising local market in Morocco, the freelance collective needed real structure. To serve every client properly, with contracts, governance, and a professional framework, the collective was incorporated as Scaleo, an agency headquartered in Tangier. With incorporation came a new capability too: AI integration joined the offer, helping clients ship copilots, workflows, and decision systems alongside the core work.
Scaleo serves clients across the EU and the MENA region, with senior collaborators and partners on the ground in Spain, France, Germany, and beyond. Tangier remains the home base. We are actively preparing to expand into new strategic markets, including the United States, built on the same agile model that has carried Scaleo from a focused practice to a full-service agency.
Since 2016 the belief has not changed: ambitious operators deserve senior people doing senior work, technology and creativity treated as one problem, and results you can measure.
