Scaleo SARL (“Scaleo”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the personal data of its users, clients, and prospects. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and protect personal data submitted via scaleo.ma or shared during a client engagement, in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, supervised by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de Contrôle de la Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel).
By using our website, submitting our contact form, or engaging Scaleo for services, you give your explicit, free, informed, and unambiguous consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described below.
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it, typically by completing the contact form on scaleo.ma or by corresponding with us by email.

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Data related to active engagements is retained for the duration of the contract and for the legal accounting retention period afterward.
Under Articles 7, 8, and 9 of Law 09-08, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion of your data within the limits permitted by law, object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons including direct marketing, and lodge a complaint with the CNDP.

scaleo.ma uses only technical cookies strictly necessary for the website to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
If we add analytics in the future, you will be informed and given the option to consent or refuse before any non-essential cookie is set.
